- Cap tables and term sheets | Non-dilutive (grants) vs dilutive funding (venture capital) | Equity and governance implications | Strategic funding timelines | Building investor relations
Session 4: Considerations of Where You Fit into a Biotech
Leadership decisions (Founder, CEO, CSO, CTO, Chair, Non-Exec Director) | Strategic communication with industry and business development partners | Balancing academia and industry
